Quick video to show how to fix timing for high-speed footage.
High-speed videos are a great way to better understand a particular motion. You can adjust all timing values in Kinovea by entering the original frame rate of the video in the dedicated dialog.

The Overview function is a summary image of the video.
It samples images from the video at regular interval and creates a composite picture where you can see the motion at a glance.
