According to the Release cycle, translation of the interface is done during the last experimental release iteration.
The current languages supported (as of 0.8.7) are the following :

Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Finnish, Norwegian, Greek, Turkish, Chinese.

To help with translating the interface:

• General process.
• Get the latest internationalization file.
• Translation guidelines.
• Glossary of technical and special terms.
• Current state and past contributors. (May not be up to date.)

To help with translating the user manual:

• Your language must already have a translation for the interface. If not, consider contributing it first.
• Check the pages under Help files workshop
