I'm trying to connect my android phone to Kinovea using the process in the manual, i.e downloading the IP webcam app and inputting the URL into Kinovea.

However when I run the configuration test I get an error message saying an error occured.

I have also tried to connect basler IP cameras but get the same message

Does anyone have any advice on how to fix these issues?
