I've managed to get a Huateng Vision camera working ok in Kinovea using the GenICam
One thing I can't get to work is adjust the ROI (Region of Interest) to increase the frame rate.
Normally if I half the V access it doubles the frame rate. In the Huateng Vision app I can set the ROI, but when I open Kinovea the camera doesn't work with the adjusted ROI. If I default the camera back to normal full resolution it works again.
The Camera Config screen for the camera in Kinovea has nothing under the drop downs for Stream Format, Image Size or Framerate- only Gain has a slider. You have to click on the Device property pages.
When you go into that screen there is no option for ROI.

The camera is a HT-SUA33GM-T1V it only 640*480 at 790fps. Yuo can go over 1000fps if you adjust the ROI.

Joan, I have installed your plugin in the "log folder" that opens up in the menu/help menu, and currently have kinovea 2024.1. Using just one camera (flir blackfly -monochrome) and edited and saved user settings as default using spinview. In spinview I can get 999FPS. But when opening Kinovea and selecting the Flir cam, fps freezes and drops to 30 fps. If both programs are running I am able to go into spinview and deselect "acquisition framerate enable" and the Kinovea video capture then reads correct 999 fps. But i have to do this process everytime Kinovea opens. I leave the setting for "acquisition framerate enable" unchecked in my saved user settings in Spinview and I find it weird that Kinovea is able to force a change. I feel like I am missing a setting or something...

Normally you shouldn't need to copy the .cti files into the GenICam folder of Kinovea. When you install the GenTL provider of a given vendor like FLIR it will add itself to the environment variable GENICAM_GENTL64_PATH. You can check in the system environment variables if it correctly added its path there.
