Is it possible to get the software to display the correct speed with non 29.97 fps? I have a ball speed in excess of 40 mph that is showing as 7 or 8 mph with video originally shot at 210 fps. And yes, I did change the frame rate prior to measuring.

Thanks!

Hi,
Very good point smile
I had noted it somewhere also but I'll create a specific bug for it, not to forget.

Currently, the "speed" is only computed using the framerate of the video, instead of using the framerate of the action for high-speed camera, even if you have specified it.

edit: this will be known as m192.

Joan,

I noticed this has been resolved and is in "r268". Does that mean it's available somewhere as a download?

Matt

It means it has been pushed to the source code tree at revision 268. (If you want to build from sources).

It will be released in a more formal download in the next experimental release, which would be early June if all goes well.

edit: This has been released in version 0.8.8.
