First of all, congratulations for this fantastic software and for all the hard work put in it.
I would like to suggest to give the  user more control over the visualization of the trajectories. I think it will be very useful if we could have the option not to show all the "future" trajectory (or 1 second ahead, depending on the visualization option).  Something like a shooting star effect, where only the "present" object position is coloured and the past trajectory is fading out (if that could be user-controlled would by amazing).   
I think that would be a great implementation particularly for those who need to show trajectories of projectiles or flying objects.
