I am using version 0.8.17 on Windows 7 machine.
When I try to add a comment to a second key frame, as soon as I press the space bar, the video restarts and the comment box closes.

Thanks, I reproduce the problem. The code that deactivates the keyboard handling is only run when the dialog pops up, I'll see what can be done.
