I've been using kinovea recently and shot video for joint position tracking and noticed that the tracking changes when there are white parts of the background or limbs, so I'm asking if it's best to have a black background with the rest of the body in black and only the joints in white. Or is there a standard set of configurations provided for our reference to improve the quality of video processing, thank you!
