As the title says, the latest Kinovea, but i tried the older ones as well, both portable and installs, wont start on Windows 10/11 Enterprise LTSC. On a normal Windows 11 Enterprise or 10 Professional thers no Problem.
The Splash screen appears but than it disappears and nothing more happens.
I tried looking into the log files, but there doesnt seem to be anything useful there.

1148 - DEBUG - [Main] - RootKernel - Building the modules tree.This is happening on a Laptop with 13900HX, 96GB Ram, Geforce 4070 8GB. I have 3 separate installs on the same PC on different SSDs. on the normal Win 11 Enteprise it always loads, on teh LTSC ones it doesnt load.
