Hello Kinovea team and community,
I’ve been using Kinovea for analyzing sports movements, and I really appreciate the current tracking tools. However, I think a feature like automatic joint tracking could significantly speed up motion analysis, especially for sports with fast and complex movements like gymnastics or basketball.
It would be great if the software could recognize key joints and generate tracking points automatically, reducing manual adjustments. Additionally, integrating a smoothing algorithm to handle fast movements would make the analysis more accurate.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this idea and whether it could be feasible for future versions.
Thank you for your work on Kinovea!
