I use Kinovea 0.9.5 to put annotation on videos recorded via GoPro (recorded with either 60fps to 200fps) and then export the videos so I could show them to other people just via a video player. I noticed that the exported videos from Kinovea are usually much bigger in file size than the original video. For instance one original video is about 1Gb and the exported one with annotation around 4Gb. I only have 3 key frames and annotations might be overall done on less than 1% of the video frame. I noticed that the exported video bitrate is much higher.
I was wondering if there is any options to adjust to maybe lower down the exported video size, or if anyone is using a different workflow, through ffmpeg for instance, to lower down the original video size then work on it with ffmpeg.
