Hello!

I`m new with Kinovea and like to made a easy bike fitting.

The first step for me is the coordinate system, because the camera ist not always 100% in the middle.

I display the corrdinate system with:
Tools / Coordinate Systems
Then I set a line and with right mouse click I use:
Cailbrate

There I set the length of the line and set "The line defines the horizontal axis"

This is wokring.

But when I try to made a horizontal line with holding the "Shift" key, it draw the horizintal line to the window, not to the coordinate system.

Yes you're right it's currently a limitation of this that it works in screen space and not parallel to the coordinate system axes. I'll add this to the bug tracker to remember it.
