Hello guys. I need to connect my IDS U3-3040CP-C-HQ Rev 2.2 camera to Kinovea. Is this camera supported? Any suggestions? Thank you so much!

you have to install the IDS-software component 4.95. It works with Kinovea.
IDS-peak does not work

Hi team

I have recently bought this same camera ( IDS uEye+ U3-3040CP-C-HQ Rev 2.2 ) and am having difficulties getting kinovea to see it. The camera is visible on the pc but doesn't show up in the list of cameras.  Given that there has been a few software updates since the original post do i still have to use these previous versions.  It doesnt seem to work with the latest IDS peak Software. Current setup is

Windows 11 pro
Kinovea 2025.2.0
Machine vision plugin 1.1.0 (installed)
ids peak 26.06

Any help greatly appreciated.
