I started this thread on Talk Tennis Forum. It involves the use of narrated high speed videos of tennis strokes especially to present what is true or false about tennis strokes.
This is nothing new but if used more it could quickly replace a lot of false beliefs about athletic motions.
The Kinovea countdown timer is very valuable. Using impact as "0" time, it can show timelines for every sub-motion in a tennis serve from one video.
