That's a good question.  I guess I will see if I can reproduce it again with something else.

I will do it.  Where do I find the bug tracker.

I am using version 0.8.15

I have an mkv file which has been changed to a mirror image in the left screen.

In the right screen is a 3GP file taken with a Blackberry Torch.

Both screens have been synchronized.  When I use the icon to save both videos to a composite video, only the 3GP file is visible in the composite video.  The left hand side of the video is a black rectangle.

I expected both videos to be visible.

Cutting and pasting the link found in the browser image worked but it wasn't really a stream.  It produced a webcam type image.  Very jerky and unusable.

This is definitely generating a JPEG stream.

I tried the man in the middle approach and I can see image in WebcamXP but the images are still jerky.

I'm thinking the webcam app isn't sending the data fast enough to make this work satisfactorily.

I am not sure how well this would work but I am experimenting with using my ipod touch as an ip camera.

When I connect to my ipod touch with a web browser I can see the images (with the web server on the ipod )using the app wifi camera.

But if I use that same ip address (http://192.168.0.243) under select source in Kinovea I just get a black screen.

I am using version 0.8.14

I can't seem to replicate your results.  When I go into Skype or VLC the ipcamera settings work great but in Kinovea I keep getting the Contacting IP camera setting.

I'm just experimenting right now.  I am hoping to use wireless IP cameras so I can do my analysis outdoors without any cable set up.  Specifically an iPod touch for quick and dirty real-time analysis.

I recorded a video at 60fps and when I replay it, the speed slider says it is at 100% but it is to the extreme left.  If I move the slider to the right the percentage changes, but it slides back to the extreme left as I play the video.

I am using version 0.8.11

If you use the Save option under File it worked.  If I use the icon in the lower right hand side, it crashes.  I'm using Windows XP.

When I try to save a video of an overlay Kinovea 8.9 crashes.  The error message is: Object is currently in use elsewhere.

I think the overlay function when playing back two videos is great, but it would be great to be able to save a single video of the overlay and not two screens, each with an overlay.

I know the typical approach is to have the playback screens side by side, but when a video is recorded in HD mode, the aspect ration is such that stacking the screens one on top of each other would be beneficial.

I have the same problem with Vista.

I'm just wondering what kind of video equipment everyone is using to record their video. I'm using a Sanyo VPC-C40 Digital Media Camera.

Are you using videos of different pitchers or are you synchronizing a front and side view?

That was extremely helpful.  That was basically what I was doing but I wasn't getting quite the results I was looking for.  So, once you sync from the release point do you roll back one frame at a time?  Or do you go back to the start of the videos?
